Winning teams should not change!
Pubblicata il 1/12/2026

Every year represents a valuable opportunity for growth, learning, and nurturing lasting relationships for me. I firmly believe in the value of the work I do and wish to offer the utmost support to those who choose to embark on a professional journey that often intertwines with their private lives. For this reason, I carefully select my partners.

It is essential for me that certain foundational elements exist for a partnership to grow and solidify:

  • Sharing values and genuine respect for clients: the partnership must enable me to uphold and nourish my mission to enhance talent—both personal and organizational—placing the human being and their potential at the center, with integrity.
  • Competence and dedication: for successful collaboration, everyone must share their knowledge and experience wholeheartedly, putting in the necessary effort.
  • Willingness to question oneself and creativity: to grow together, one must be open to letting go of some of their beliefs to make room for new ideas, avoiding a mere copy-paste approach.

In 2018, I crossed paths with two extraordinary coaches, Giulia Astrella and Aurélie Lagarde. Our collaboration is not only still active but is becoming increasingly robust, rich, and intense.

With Aurélie, we founded ICAN (International Coaching and Advisory Network), a project whose name reflects our promise to cultivate individual and organizational potential by going beyond (or rather harmonizing) cultural and geographical barriers. Through cross-border coaching and our Kiwi Philosophy, we aim to create a global, inclusive learning environment where talent and business can truly flourish.

With Giulia, we are already at the third edition of the Master The Emotional Bridge, which will begin on March 27th, dedicated to emotional intelligence and emotion management. This year, we have also integrated the opportunity to access Level 1 certification for mentors of talents and emotions, accrediting participants for the administration of proprietary tests on aptitudes, talents, multiple intelligences, and emotions.

I chose to collaborate with the Evolutionary Coaching School for the creation and management of this master program because it is a coaching school that focuses on the transformative power of coaching, integrating mind, emotions, and actions:

  • Consistency of Values: Personal and emotional development are at the core of the programs.
  • Solid Educational Structure:The school and the master program are based on method and scientific evidence, essential for everyone and indispensable for professionals in coaching and human relations.
  • Integration of Theory and Practice:  Experiencing competencies firsthand allows for deep understanding and “embedding” them.
  • Humanistic and Managerial Background: Giulia and I share a background in coaching and humanistic training and extensive experience as managers and business leaders, focusing on language, power dynamics, relationships, budgets, and objectives. There is a strong motivation to provide practical tools and expert guidance in a context where mind, heart, and action are never separate. Our master is designed to be a serious, transformative, and professional journey.

Other Collaborations

In 2026, I will continue my collaboration with Mete Onlus and Day One Network.

  • Mete Onlus promotes social, educational, and cultural projects aimed at improving the quality of life for the most disadvantaged and fostering social inclusion. This commitment, led by President Giorgia Butera, aligns perfectly with my vision of enhancing human potential.
  • Day One Network is a network of professionals and entrepreneurs in the communication sector. My collaboration with this extraordinary network of creatives, strategists, content creators, and managers involves social and market research projects, together with the co-founder Giorgio De Sario,  and engaging teams and companies in internal communication.

Working with others and actively seeking new collaborations has taught me:

  • to increasingly value the unique qualities of each individual and the beauty inherent in everyone.
  • to suspend judgment and cultivate curiosity.
  • that while not all collaborations contain the seeds for longevity, those that solidify can be immensely rewarding.

Collaboration may seem challenging, but it is through dialogue, confrontation, and sharing that we build a richer and more multifaceted future. Each challenge becomes an opportunity for growth, and every divergence an occasion to explore new perspectives. Ultimately, we are all part of one vast ecosystem, where the unity of forces and skills makes the difference.

We cannot always predict outcomes, but we can ensure that the journey is transformative and full of meaning. Together, we can go beyond our limits and discover unexplored potential, not only for ourselves but for those around us. Investing in teamwork is not merely a strategic choice; it is an act of trust in the future. Let us not be discouraged by difficulties, but recognize the value that each collaboration brings. Success lies not only in achieving goals but also in the richness of shared experiences and the way they transform us.
