Talent Upcollects personal data, provided by users in the ways specified above, electronically, and the
their processing occurs electronically and manually. Talent Upuses the information provided
exclusively for the following general purposes: those relating to the execution and provision of services
contemplated, to respond in the best way to user requests for certain products or services, for
verify the quality of the services offered and carry out studies and statistical market research.
Sharing and disclosure of personal data:
the information collected in the above ways, and which allows the identification of users, is not subject to
disclosure except to comply with a provision of the Judicial Authority or other competent authority; or when
we believe that a user has violated our guidelines regarding the use of the site itself.
Place of data processing
The processing connected to the web services of these sites takes place at the aforementioned headquarters of the Guarantor and is handled only

rectification (art. 16 GDPR) and to the deletion of data (art. 17 GDPR), to the limitation of processing (art. 18 GDPR) and
to data portability (art. 20 GDPR).
2. If you have consented to our processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw this
consent at any time. The revocation of consent does not affect the legitimacy of the data processing carried out until
this moment on the basis of the consent previously given, nor the right to further processing of
the aforementioned data by virtue of another legal basis, for example for the fulfillment of legal obligations (see section “Bases
legal provisions of data processing").
3. Right to object: for reasons related to your particular situation, the User has the right to object in
any time to the processing of your personal data carried out on the basis of art. 6 c. 1 e) GDPR (processing
necessary in the public interest) or of the art. 6 c. 1 f) GDPR (data processing based on a weighting of
interests). In case of objection by the User, the relevant personal data will be processed by the Provider alone
where it is possible to demonstrate compelling and justified reasons that prevail over interests, rights and freedoms
of the User, or if the processing is necessary for the purposes of claiming, exercising or defending rights
legal.
