Talent Scouting & Matching is a consulting service that Talent Up offers to companies, in support of internal staff, for personnel selection and potential internal or external reassignment. The service includes personal interviews, role play, tests to verify matching and fitting within the destination teams and compatibility with key functional and hierarchical references. Assessment and/or discovery tests are conducted for both demand and supply, with different methods. For the candidate, they are oriented to verify soft skills, perceptual and communicative styles, attitudes, natural talents, and consistency with the company's values, purpose, and experiences.
