Inspiring Mentoring

Mentoring is a process of support between a mentor and a mentee, involving the sharing of experiences, perspectives, and the use of specific techniques to help the mentee find the most effective answers to their challenges.

Dedicated to accredited coaches or those who wish to complete their accreditation process. Mentor Coaching consists of coaching and feedback activated in a collaborative process of recognition and dialogue, based on an observed or recorded coaching session to increase self-awareness, self-efficacy, and enhance the coach's coaching skills.

At Talent Up, we also support coaches with SUPERVISION. Supervision is the interaction that occurs when a coach periodically brings their work experiences to a Coaching Supervisor, engaging in reflective dialogue and collaborative learning to achieve development and benefits for the coach and their clients.
