Our courses are tailor-made based on the specific needs of individuals and companies; delivered in Italian and English; available both online and offline, and can be designed for individual or group training. In each course, theory, case studies and practice intertwine and feed off each other.

Talent Up also offers theoretical and practical courses in Social and Emotional Education for teachers and parents. "Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) is the process through which young people and adults acquire and apply knowledge, skills, and attitudes to develop healthy identities, manage emotions and achieve personal and collective goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain supportive relationships and make responsible and caring decisions." (The Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning - CASEL) We design and co-manage classrooms and laboratories, and promote solutions, approaches and techniques to encourage interaction, motivation, and learning (between parents and children/teachers and students).
