I am an author by passion, driven by the goal of sharing knowledge and providing tools so that every individual and organization can discover, express, and cultivate their unique talents to achieve personal and business objectives, generate well-being for themselves, and have a positive impact in the world. In every field of life, theory and practice work best when they support each other. That's why in my texts, I blend storytelling with exercises and case studies.
My first publication was in 2018: "Web Listening. Knowing to Act," published by Franco Angeli. The work is dedicated to listening and monitoring of the Web 2.0, from which it is possible to derive, in a scientific but manageable way with a little training, valuable actionable insights for every business unit: from marketing to product development, from communication to strategy. The book covers the tools and method of non-prompted market research, with theoretical references, examples, and practical tips, drawn from my direct field experience, gained over more than twenty years of work in the industry.
Following this work, I collaborated on two instant books. The first was "Designing in Suspended Time," which originated from an idea by Elena Tavelli. The second was "One Race. A Manual of Humanity," with Giorgia Butera, president of the Mete Onlus association.
My most recent publication dates back to November 2021. It is called "Creativita. You can put the accent in your life by finding your talent." The book guides the reader through a journey of self-discovery, using storytelling and self-coaching to help them uncover where and how to put the accent in their life, in their personal relationships and in their work. It is a self-help book born out of the pandemic, where I chose to share my experience as a professional coach to offer everyone, during this difficult historical period marked by uncertainty and change, the possibility to approach the topic of personal growth in a simple, fun, and active way, thus strengthening their self-efficacy.
The book is complemented by the "2022 Logbook," a diary specially designed to keep track of one's journey with Creativity, the milestones achieved, the obstacles overcome, the tools already available before departure, and those built step by step: a place for annotation, memory, and inspiration. The logbook is a practical tool for those who want to apply what they have learned from the book and make constant progress towards their personal goals.
